How do I add a listing?
Sign in, choose Add in the app, then include clear details, a photo, and the location. Update or archive your listing when availability changes.
Can I collect from any listing?
Always read the listing details and follow its collection guidance. Be respectful of people and places, take only what is offered, and leave the area better than you found it.
Why is a listing no longer on the map?
Listings can be updated, archived, or removed by their owner. Public Herb may also remove content that is unsafe, inaccurate, or against our community guidelines.
How do I report an issue?
Open Settings in the app and select Report an Issue. For general feedback or questions, contact us by email.
